Shipping:

 

We are pleased to announce that we offer free shipping to the USA! Please allow up to 5-10 business days after purchase to receive your order.

Orders placed after 5PM EST are treated as if placed the next business day.

Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be processed the following work day. 

 

Returns:


We stand by our products 100% and ensure you'll love our products. Although, in the event that you wish to return your product for a refund, we'll gladly refund 100% of your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date (minus any additional shipping fees). Just make sure your product is undamaged and contact us at Info@empirecanvas.com for the appropriate return address.

 

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service such as UPS/Fedex instead of USPS. 

Once your item is shipped, we would love for you to send us an email with the corresponding tracking number.

 

Refunds:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If after inspection, your product is found to be damaged, we will notify you of this discovery and offer to return the item to you at the cost of shipping.
